The Great Campaigner

So, Obama is out for his party in three races this month.  At least he is good for that.  He can’t run the country, has no international clout, but he can campaign.  He can’t campaign enough to get the Olympics but maybe, just maybe he can get a few more of his socialists in office. 

Personally, I would rather he try to be a little presidential and maybe try running the country.  That’s running the country in general, not running it into the ground.  He has already quadrupled the projected deficit, the very problem he hoped to change from Bush.  He has played more rounds of golf than Bush and taken more personal days.  Now we can add that he has been on the campaign trail for mid-mid term elections for more days than Bush.  I certainly don’t recall Bush doing much campaigning during years that weren’t direct elections or mid-terms.  I guess all we have here is a teleprompter reading campaigner.  So, how can we get mad at him.  He doesn’t know how to run the country.  He really only knows how to get into a position to run the country and from there he may as well be Joe the Plumber.

I guess we can all project what he will do for the next three years.  He will be campaigning.

Happy Consumerism

I usually do my shopping at Safeway.  That is only because it is close.  Another reason is because it is also not Albertson’s.  They do have something in common though.  When shopping there, you have to be a member or you will spend about $2.00 for a loaf of bread and $0.99 per pound for bananas.  Then when you are finished paying, a smiley-faced cashier will tell you how much you have saved.  I never get into it with them because most people in the workforce have to follow procedures at work that make sense to a Marketing Director but, are rather suck when applied to customers.  I mean saved compared to what.  You might mean compared to your non-member prices well than yes, because those prices make Soviet Russia seem less inflated.  I had always heard of Winco but had never been there until last Thursday.  Winco was so spectacular for being inexpensive I almost started crying.  It actually reminded of me of the times when I was a child for 2 reasons.  The first being that we had a family from Czechoslovakia move to our town and when she first went to an “American” grocery store she almost started hyperventilating.  The fact of the availability of food and the low cost overwhelmed her.  The second reason Winco reminded me of my childhood was because the prices where the same in there as they were in 1984.  That was the year when the family moved to our country and, ironically the year best associated with perfect socialism/communism.  Winco charged $0.48 for a loaf of bread and $0.29 for a pound of bananas.  I love Wal-mart and Winco.  Those two businesses actually care for the common schlub who is living week-to-week.  I hope they drive every Safeway and Albertson’s off the map or at least to democrat states so they can feel happy about paying those prices, double that when you add taxes, for their organic crap.

If you have never been to a Winco or Wal-mart for shopping, treat your budget to some real living.  You would come out of there with some many groceries per dollar that you could actually feel like one of the looters, sorry “victims,” that went through hurricane Katrina.  Maybe that was where Representative Jefferson-Democrat was taking all the laundered money he stole from the people.  Jefferson was stealing like a good socialist and, Wal-mart was donating food and other life saving items to the people like and evil capitalist company.  And in walks Vadar.  Sorry, I digress.

Well well well, Sean Penn courts Hugo Chavez.  I mean really.  Are any swing voters paying attention?  Here is another example of a major Obama supporter/cabinet member supporting a communist or socialist. 

So we have…

• Barney Franks saying we need to increase the role of government.  The democrats have even stated that Medicare and Medicaid have fraud and waste and the money they will save from these government plans will fund the universal health care government plan.  This plan will be immune to government waste naturally, so it will never require a bailout.  Russia’s government had the maximum ”role” in their country and that worked out real well for them.  Bread lines anyone. 
• Anita Dunn, White House Communications Director praised Mao Tse Tung, killer of 70 million of his of teabagging citizens who disagreed with his health care plans.  Nothing more needs to be said on this one.
• Van Jones, aptly communist-titled “Green Czar”.  This urkelesque Obamite thinks that the September 11 attacks were carried out by the United States.  You may run into a drunk in the bar who touts this theory but, when it is a trusted “government official” (non-elected and not congressionally approved in Vanny’s case) believes this it is a bit odd.  Of course, not quite as odd when compared to the fact that way back in the 1990s he was in a Marxist group.  For readers who are not familiar, Karl Marx is to Communism as Bill Gates is to MicroSoft or even Michael Moore is to a double grizzle pork butt sandwich with 2 pounds of curly fries and a diet soda.
• Bill Ayers, member of the Weathermen and author of the book “Prairie Fire” which he dedicated to Sirhan Sirhan “Sirhan Sirhan” amoung others.  Sirhan Sirhan is famous for murdering Robert Kennedy.  The following is the actual mission statement of the Weathermen.  A “white fighting force” to be allied with the “Black Liberation Movement” and other radical movements to achieve “the destruction of US imperialism and achieve a classless world: world communism.”  Yeah, this guy is cool to hang with when you are “trying” cocaine for 5 years in college.  I can’t imagine why this would even be interesting when the media assumed the bigger story would be that Sarah Palin had a daughter with Down’s syndrome.

This list goes on too long to write in one column and, regrettably the real pricks are probably yet uncovered out there manipulating companies into buying off on universal health care with bribes from the stimulus money that was “needed” to save our economy with shovel-ready jobs.

More greedy, Socialism or Capitalism?

On the surface, many have argued that capitalism is the more greedy system.  I have read by some others that socialism is altruism incarnate.  I believe that they are equally prone to greed and that the concept of greed is not in itself bad.  The difference is the motivation for the greed. 

A capitalist could be greedy by working overtime and saving his money.  It is at the end of the day, his money.  He can save it, spend it or give it away.  Any person could be greedy with their time.  This is also fine because to this person, their lifetime is a finite commodity and if you see money as a physical representation of time, then who wouldn’t want as much life or money as possible.  This assumes they are enjoying their life and are not afflicted with a horrible disease such as cancer or liberalism.  Wait, liberalism or cancer is actually the proper order. 

Now the negatively inclined greed, socialism.  A socialist sees society as a tool to make his own life easier.  That sounds no different to the belief of a capitalist.  The difference is in that the capitalist will use the established concept of the society’s morals to work to attain a better life.  This is a choice a responsible person could make.  The socialist will get on the welfare system as soon as possible to make sure they are as far away from any actual personal responsibility and the burden of their existence, not that the socialist cares about this part, is put on the fellow members of their society.  Everybody understands that there are people who are not physically or mentally able to take care of their own needs.  In socialism, the unfortunate evolution is that the society becomes out of balance.  This balance is a ratio of the workers who pay into the system versus non-workers who drain the system of resources.  These resources are clear to workers but, not so clear to non-workers so I will explain them.  A resource can be money, this can be abused by the creatures that think they are mothers but, have been known to have more children so they can receive more welfare money or food stamps, which they in turn can use to by alcohol or trade for alcohol in the case of food stamps.  Another resource is time; this can be wasted for example when a highly intellectual Obama voter calls 911 because she did not get her order exactly right at McDonald’s.  You just can’t make this shit up.  Other resources are vouchers for utilities, tax write-offs (thank to ACORN we know these are all on the up-and-up and would never be used to human-traffick juvenile third world girls into a life of prostitution) and public schools or other government programs where they can drop off their disruptive little hoodlums to hinder others from completing actual intended functions at these places. 

As socialist countries go forward in time, the numbers of people who see the benefits of work become less and the people who want to live in their grandmother’s attic and collect unemployment grow more.  This eventually becomes mathematically unsustainable.  And that is the happy numbers representation.  The individuals who are receiving the assistance morph into people who resent workers and feel they are suckers.  They also stop feeling grateful and start feeling entitled to the help. 

If you think that this isn’t the case, just ask a person on unemployment if they feel they are getting what they deserve or if they should get more.  When they say yes ask them how much more they should get?  When they come up with a figure that will be more than the person who is working to pay the taxes that allows them to live ask them what they think of the taxpayer.  I mean Bill Gates is only one taxpayer eventually; the taxes hit people who are barely making it. 

A recent example of entitlement mentality is found in the news story where people shopping in a Burlington Coat store were told be a lady who is crazy that she will pay for up to $500.00 worth of items for everybody in the store.  When the people in the store found that it was a lie and the lady did not have the money, they rioted and started damaging the store and bullying workers.  Here are exactly the kinds of people that make “social altruism” impossible which is the miracle concept that socialism will need to survive.

OH MY GOD THE SWINE FLU WILL KILL US ALL!!!!!!

You guessed it.  I just had the priviledge of being briefed by another liberal that I should beware of the Swine flu.  Wait I am sorry, H1N1.  The World Health Organization called it a pandemic.  Let’s run the numbers shall we…

Swine flu 2009 – World population 6,800,000,000; deaths – 5,300 — okay, that seems serious.

Bubonic plague 1350 – World population 450,000,000; deaths – 75,000,000 – 100,000,000 – humm, that’s worse.  Maybe an actual pandemic.

Multiple old world diseases killed 90-95% of the native American population upon first contact with the European settlers.  That also seems like a pandemic. 

So, one could come to the conclusion that the desire to sell universal health care as an idea to the masses could need a “pandemic” to give it legitimacy.  Perhaps the World Health Organization deserves the nobel prize.

Or here is another idea for the liberals.  Try watching your damn hands you mangy felons.

Is the Nobel Prize too big to fail?

Does President-Elect Obama deserve the Nobel Prize?  Well in a word, yes.  Of course he does.  He deserves the Nobel Prize like Chicago deserved the Olympics.  He deserved the Nobel Prize like everybody in the world deserves to be a millionaire.  What he doesn’t deserve is our questions.  Certainly no one deserves to work for a living.  That should be the last thing we as a people have to do in order to get what we want. 

The quickest way to all of these eventualities is communism.  A small stumbling block is that some of the uninformed masses think they got where they were by working hard and thriving under Capitalism but, we will get them.  Capitalists give me angry feelings.  Umm Humm Humm or however the indoctrinated children sing it.

I do find it a bit curious that Obama getting the Nobel Prize has united his detractors and supporters with the claim that he has done nothing to deserve this prize.  I’d like to correct them.  First, the Nobel Prize has been a joke for years now.  I mean I could go get my cell phone and record another inconvenient truth of some kind, for example, the government funded ACORN giving advice on how to get tax breaks on human trafficking Ecuadorian children to be prostitutes err sorry “performing artists” and then I would get a Nobel Prize.  I could even say that having nukes is bad and be on par with Obama.  I wouldn’t even need to claim I invented the internet.  So yes, the dudley-do-nothing president definitely deserves the Nobel Prize.  Second, Hugo Chavez is just “player hating” because Obama is a better “nation builder” than he is.  I mean Obama is managing to double unemployment and quadruple the deficit.  We won’t have to worry about the gas lines like the Carter days because no one will have the money for gas or anything after Obama the United Nations dubbed “son of Africa” bestows upon the United States his version of the  Zimbabwe hyperinflation  model. 

I am certain I am voting Democrat from now on that way I won’t be on a terror watch list and I can get other people’s money via taxes without having to work.  Or in the words of one Obama supporter on election day — “I won’t have to worry about putting gas in my car, I won’t have to worry about paying my mortgage, you know, if I help him he’s gonna help me.”  –This quote came from a president, guess which party he was?  “Ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country.”
